It’s the one night a year in WWE where knowing how to count down from 10 truly comes in handy. That’s right, it’s time for the Royal Rumble PPV. Prepare yourself for all the surprises as WWE tends to try and shock its audience in the best way possible each year. GameSpot will be giving you the results and a review of Royal Rumble, and we’ll be updating it live below throughout the evening.
All of your favorite wrestlers in WWE will be in the spotlight tonight, from Brock Lesnar to Bianca Belair to Kevin Owens to Becky Lynch to Jackass Forever’s Johnny Knoxville. However, the highlight of the evening is none other than the two Royal Rumble matches. This year’s event takes place at The Dome at America’s Center in St. Louis, Missouri. And yes, a PPV is happening on a Saturday again–probably because there are two NFL championship games on Sunday.
While the show doesn’t begin until 5 PM PT / 8 PM ET–and there is still a Kickoff Show one hour prior to that–you may be wondering how you can watch the Royal Rumble. If you want to watch the main card for the PPV, you can purchase it through your cable or satellite provider or watch it on Peacock. While Peacock has a free tier, you will not be able to watch the WWE event through that. you’ll need a Premium ($5 a month, with ads) or Premium Plus Peacock ($10 a month, no ads) account. Regardless of which tier you choose, there will be a few WWE-related ads throughout the show.
There are multiple ways to watch Peacock. Aside from watching it on mobile devices and on the PC, Amazon Fire devices, Android TV, Apple TV, LG Smart TVs, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Roku, Samsung Smart TVs, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xfinity, and more.
As for the actual match card, at first glance, it seems pretty thin; however, that’s because there are two Royal Rumble matches and they each take about an hour to complete. So strap in and check out the match card below, which has three title matches lined up.
